Terms and Conditions

We operate within the framework laid down in the Code of Practice for Approved Driving Instructors. This is a code of practice agreed between the DSA and the main bodies representing the driver training industry.
A copy of the code can be obtained from driving test and theory test centres or directly from the DSA.

Our commitment to you

We will endeavour at all times to:

Act in a professional manner and treat you with respect and consideration;

Be punctual and to inform you, where possible in good time, of any delays or changes due to circumstances beyond our control. If we need to reschedule a lesson we will give as much notice as practically possible;

Provide a reliable, well maintained, safe, comfortable dual-controlled tuition vehicle;

Carry the correct insurance at all times whilst under instruction;

Strive at all times to provide a positive, stimulating and enjoyable learning environment;

Provide safe, positive and correct instruction and be open and honest in our assessment of your progress and ability; this includes advice as to when to apply for the theory and practical driving tests;

To safeguard and account for any monies paid in advance for lessons;

Respect your privacy at all times and not disclose your details to any third party without your prior consent unless legally obliged to do so;

Whilst we reserve the right to decide against giving tuition, we will not act in any way which contravenes legislation on discrimination.

Your commitment to us

Be punctual for all lessons. If your lesson runs late then so do following ones.

Give as much notice as possible in the event of a lesson needing to be cancelled (ideally 24 hrs). Whilst we accept that unusual circumstance can arise, there is usually time to give reasonable notice. Late cancellations may be charged at full rate.

Allow us to decide on test readiness or otherwise.

Accept any reasonable advice given by ourselves on the subject of driver tuition.

Always try to give your best on your lessons. 100% commitment from you will receive 100% effort from us!

Welcome to Dub School of Motoring, we hope you enjoy your tuition experience and wish you safe driving for life.
